The free-standing industrial network cabinets are specially adapted according to protection type IP55 for the requirements of harsh environments. The floor structure can be opened in a modular design thanks to its galvanized, bolted panels. In addition, it is equipped with a sliding cable inlet with foam rubber seal as well as PG cable glands. A plinth mounted under the cabinet (100 mm) provides extra storage room for excess cable lengths. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19 ) profile rails labeled with rack units readable in both directions are installed on the inside. Their depth is adjustable and they are connected to additional depth bars in the cabinet. Each cabinet is made of up to 2.0 mm thick sheet steel. A wraparound profile perforation supports a wide range of installation options in the cabinet. Coloring is done with electrostatic powder coating in the standard color gray (RAL 7035). The adhesion capacity according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1 as well as the 500-hour test carried out for resistance against salt spray, demonstrates a permissible operating temperature from - 25 °C up to + 70 °C. The removable side walls, fastened with countersunk screws, as well as doors including swing handle with profile half-cylinder, improve the security of access.
