The thickness of the ABS filament is 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm.ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) filament is stiffer, stronger and flexible. It is mainly designed for professional use. Most often it is used for the production of prototypes, which must withstand higher temperatures. Finished products that are made of ABS filament are very durable and impact resistant. For good results, you must print at a temperature of 230 260°C. Filament AzureFilm ABS Plus is perfectly printed on Zortrax, Ultimaker and similar printers. For printing with an ABS filament, we recommend that the printer be closed and the table should be heated to 100 120°C. Please note that the range in the printing temperature may slightly differ depending on the use of other printersIf the printed product of ABS filament is placed under a cup with wipes soaked in acetone, it becomes smooth, and there are no noticeable layers in the 3D printing that appear during the printing process. The product should be left under the cup for about five minutes.
