The adjustment dials on this product can be turned easily by hand.Pop-out Quick-ReleaseA light push on the display releases the scissor pop-out mechanism, pushing the display out towards you. Plastic tongues are included which are put into place once you are done to avoid accidental pop-outs.Landscape or PortraitThis mount supports displays in either portrait or landscape. In portrait format the display must be more than 650 mm wide and must be VESA 400 x 400 mm or less.Adjustment PlanesUsing the easy hand-adjustable plastic dials you can adjust tilt (-3° to 2°), rotation, height, and depth.
