The principle is passive cooling for M.2 SSDs with a length of up to 80 mm and only 5 mm height, which results in more power. For an easy installation everything is included in the package: thermal pads and the cooling plate (IB-M2HS-701). First, the heat conducting pad is placed on the M.2 and the cooling plate is then placed on top of this.
